Alongside the church, not apart from it
NCBC exists to empower church leaders and workers by working hand in hand with churches. Students train where they already serve, and what they learn on a Tuesday is carried into a congregation on a Sunday.

Every level counts toward the next
Thirty units becomes ninety; ninety becomes a hundred and twenty; a bachelor's opens the master's. Nobody has to decide their whole future before enrolling in their first year.
